500+ IT users
These clients are typically multinationals, financial services, government and other public sector bodies. They have a sizable IT department and more than one IT manager. IT Force engages with the IT Director or Operations Director in addition to having regular contact with a number of the IT managers on the ground. Seen as a de facto "backup IT department” typical services include the provision of interim IT resources, both infrastructure and specialists, in order to backfill, provide cover or deliver certain IT projects. 10+ IT Users, IT Manager Onsite
These clients typically have 10 – 500 IT users with one or two IT managers onsite. IT Force's role is to "help them deliver”. Depending on requirements, they may engage IT Force to provide support cover while they look after key projects or to deliver critical projects while they get on with the day-to-day support. These clients are typically “professional service” companies such as recruitment, PR, business management and public sector bodies who have no requirement for a full-time onsite IT manager. We act as their “virtual IT department” providing remote and onsite support for the entire ICT infrastructure – or, what our industry calls, IT Managed Services. Our service enables Business Managers to stop worrying about IT and focus their resources on their own business goals.
