Management Team

Previously Managing Director of Work Stations Computer Group, John has over twenty five years experience in management. His role within IT Force is to manage the financial stability and develop IT Force's strategic positioning and partnerships.

Joe is a founding member of IT Force and has 15 years experience in the IT Sector having worked for companies such as Work Stations Computer Group and ITG.  Joe’s primary role in IT Force is working with IT managers and directors within the public sector and corporate sectors, providing interim IT resources and services.   Joe is also known in the industry as a critical access point for Ireland’s leading consultants in areas such as ITIL, IT compliance, Disaster Recovery, Dynamic Desktop Management and vendor specialists from Microsoft and Citrix.  Joe has a BComm (Hons.) Degree and is a member of the Marketing Association of Ireland.  Joe holds a postgraduate diploma from DIT having completed the FAS SalesWise programme. 

An expert in the alignment of business needs and IT infrastructure, Joe has over 15 years experience in designing and implementing IT infrastructure for small to medium size organisations.  He held previous positions with WorkStation Computer Group and the Wolfe Group, a leading managed service pioneer in Ireland.   Joe now heads up the Managed Service offerings in IT Force which focuses on the provision of outsourced IT services to SME and Midmarket enterprises.  Joe also acts as the “virtual IT director” for over 50 IT Force clients providing ongoing strategic IT advice and direction on new technology adoption.   Joe holds a postgraduate diploma from DIT having completed the FAS Sales Wise programme.

In addition to managing the Human Resource function at IT Force, Roisin is also Operations Director at IT Force.   A significant part of her role involves overseeing the recruitment, testing, selection, placement and performance management of IT Force technical consultants and interim resources.  Previously, Roisin worked for EDS as a Team Manager where she managed a division of over 70 software engineers and prior to that as Programme Manager for major EDS accounts.  Roisin holds a BA (Hons.) from UCD, an MSc in Ergonomics & Human Computer Interaction from UC London, a Diploma in Project Management from UC Limerick, is PMP certified and holds a Diploma in Employment Law (NCI).
