We can liaise directly with third party hardware suppliers to ensure proper warranty, support and maintenance for you. We will endeavor to ensure that full advantage is taken of OEM warranties on any new equipment. This will also involve liaising with other vendors who may already be supporting existing equipment.

For our clients that avail of this service, IT Force receives all support calls and emails from the client relating to third party vendor issues. We resolve those within our capabilities and where necessary initiate the activity of third party suppliers.  We act as the single point of contact for any maintenance and support requirements, and all incidents are subject to the same ticketing procedures.
