IT Force achieves Deloitte Best Managed Company status
March 9th 2015
IT Force Ltd. is delighted to announce that we have won the widely respected accolade of ‘Deloitte Best Managed Company’ at an awards ceremony held in the RDS, Dublin 2 on Friday, the 6th of March 2015. The awards, held in association with Barclays Bank Ireland, were attended by over 800 from the Irish business community. Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton, TD, gave a keynote address at the awards gala.
The Deloitte Best Managed Companies awards programme, in association with Barclays Bank Ireland, recognises indigenous Irish companies demonstrating management strength, an ability to innovate, strategic initiatives and financial performance.
Roisin Cahill, chief operations officer with IT Force, commented, ‘We feel privileged to have won this award. For us, it recognises the sustainability of our business model and strategy and the consistency of our performance and growth.’
Now in its seventh year, the Deloitte Best Managed Companies awards programme is unique in that it recognises the efforts of the entire organisation, not just one individual. ‘This is a very important award for IT Force’, said John Bergin, managing director with IT Force. ‘Teamwork and partnership is at the heart of everything that we do. Our inclusion is testament to the exceptionally high standards that our hardworking dedicated team deliver every day.’
Commenting on this year’s programme, Managing Partner of Deloitte and judging panel member, Brendan Jennings, said: 'Our congratulations to all those companies celebrating their Best Managed status. Whether receiving this accolade for the first or the seventh time, it is no mean feat, and it reflects a high level of commitment and capability. In working closely with these companies for the best part of a year, it’s clear to see why they are being recognised as Best Managed. It is a defined strategy, clearly communicated and executed; a belief in innovation in products and practices as a cornerstone of growth; a recognition of the importance of R&D spend; and an intuitive understanding of their marketplace.'
