IT Force selected as Best Managed Service Desk Award Finalist

IT Force has been selected as a finalist by the Service Desk Institute for the prestigious Best Managed Service Desk Award.
The global IT Service & Support Awards, now in their 19th year, are among the most coveted honours in the IT service and support management industry. The Service Desk Institute is the leading professional body for IT service and support, which sets the internationally recognised best practice standards for service desk provision.
Speaking after the announcement was made, Roisin Cahill, chief operations officer with IT Force, said, ‘We are very proud to be shortlisted for the distinguished Best Managed Service Desk Award. The awards were established to recognise, promote and acclaim excellence, professionalism and innovation in the industry, and to celebrate the outstanding achievements of individuals and teams for the contribution they make. The Best Managed Service Desk Award is open to all outsourced or managed IT service and support teams that support external customers and help them to achieve their business goals.
